PARAGON CONSULTING CONTRACT
1. Compensation and Term
Client hereby retains PARAGON CONSULTING and PARAGON CONSULTING hereby agrees to perform the following services including, but not limited to:: 

Will help get narrative, message and storytelling to highest of quality Guidance on penetrating the online market organically

Will not leave client until they have reached traction 

Will help map out value ladder (upsells/downsells/cross-sells)10 (one hour sessions) to do (x) 

We will hold you accountable via our systems

PARAGON CONSULTING will perform the services at various times and for various durations as directed by Client and as needed until traction is met. 


The following fees shall apply ASAP  :
£4,997 (or £2,497 if Case-Study is agreed and provided)

2. Independent Contractor
PARAGON CONSULTING acknowledges that the services rendered under this Agreement shall be solely as an independent contractor.

PARAGON CONSULTING shall not enter into any contract or commitment on behalf of Client.

PARAGON CONSULTING further acknowledges that it is not considered an affiliate or subsidiary of Client, and is not entitled to any Client employment rights or benefits. It is expressly understood that this undertaking is not a joint venture.

3. Confidentiality
Client recognizes and acknowledges that this Agreement creates a confidential relationship between PARAGON CONSULTING and Client and that information concerning PARAGON CONSULTING business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, and documentation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All such information concerning PARAGON CONSULTING is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Confidential Information.” Client agrees to follow PARAGON CONSULTING Information Security procedures and otherwise take all reasonable precautions for the protection of Confidential Information. PARAGON CONSULTING is not to open or develop any competing course within 1 year of working with Client.

PARAGON CONSULTING may however use Client information to produce and share case study materials.

3.1 Addendum to Confidentiality
PARAGON CONSULTING agrees to keep Client business affairs, customers, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, computer programs, and documentation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, confidential in nature, except as agreed for the purpose of a Case Study on the Client’s success which the Client will be able to agree on prior to PARAGON CONSULTING’ publication.

4. Non-Disclosure
Client agrees that, except as directed by PARAGON CONSULTING, it will not at any time during or after the term of this Agreement disclose any Confidential Information to any person whatsoever and that upon the termination of this Agreement it will turn over to PARAGON CONSULTING all documents, papers, and other matter in its possession or control that relate to PARAGON CONSULTING. 

5. Grant
PARAGON CONSULTING agrees that its work product produced in the performance of this Agreement shall remain the exclusive property of Client, and that it will not sell, transfer, publish, disclose or otherwise make the work product available to third parties without Client’s prior written consent. Any rights granted to PARAGON CONSULTING under this Agreement shall not affect Client’s exclusive ownership of the work product.

6. Return policy
There are no refunds as we will stick with you until there is traction.

7. Entire Agreement and Notice
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and may not be amended without the specific written consent of both parties. Any notice given under this Agreement shall be sufficient if it is in writing and if sent by certified or registered mail.

8. Cancellation policy 
Due to unforeseen circumstances some meetings may be delayed or postponed. (you) will try to give as much notice as possible so not to inconvenience you. (You) will not let this happen more than 3 times. If there is a delay beyond that, it may be considered a breach of contract.

Cancellations made via Payment Plan will incur a fee of £295 per hour of video consulting completed plus £750 for coaching materials including bonus modules and Live Support. Payments will continue to be charged until these fees are covered.

Any donations made by Client through consultation purchase will be cancelled and returned to Client
